Return and Refund Policy

We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that the return/exchange will be available only in case of manufacturing defects/damages.

NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR A MINOR COLOUR/SHINING VARIATIONS DUE TO LIGHTING AND OTHER EFFECTS USED DURING PHOTOGRAPHY.

Please inspect your order upon reception and make a clear unpacking video while opening parcel, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, which is mentioned as under:-

• Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Sale Products (Products sold in clearance sale or any other sale)
• Gift Cards

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with its original tags intact, and in its original packaging. For any returns or exchanges unpacking video is compulsory. Unpacking video should be clear and without any edits or cuts. If customer is unable to provide us with the unpacking video we will not be able to process his/her return/exchange request.

To start a return request, you can contact us at maabaneshwarifashion@gmail.com, if your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send the return parcel as soon as your return request is accepted, if customer delays in returning the parcel and sends it after 3 days of the delivery, return will not be accepted and Making Men will not be liable to pay any refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If a customer wants to return the product, they will need to send the product to our warehouse on their own. Making Men will not bear any return courier charges.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If refund is approved, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours after deducting Rs. 150 for forward courier charges incurred by us for shipping, you’ll automatically get your money refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post the refund to your bank account or credit card.

Any disputes/legal matters shall be treated under SURAT jurisdiction only.
